• DWDM Deployment: Installed and commissioned Adva FSP AC/DC DWDM systems (including optical amplification) for Openreach's Optical Spectrum Access project across 9U, 7U, and 1U systems & Cisco routers.
• Multi-Wavelength Testing: Commissioned and tested point-to-point, ring, and chain topologies for multi-wavelength WDM transmission equipment across Ethernet, STM, Fibre Channel, and OTU.

• 24/7 First-Line Support: Delivered 24/7 shift maintenance and troubleshooting for transmission, mobile, datacomms, and switching gear across Vodafone, Sky Network, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Zayo, and Bet365.
• DWDM & Optical Networks: Conducted site surveys and installed optical networks (Transmode, Nokia, Cisco, Infinera) in Virgin Media switch rooms and data centers; performed EXFO OTDR, BERT, RFC testing, and OPM readings.
• Decommissioning & Build: Managed site teardowns and installations for Telefonica, overseeing racks, power infrastructure, cabling, and active equipment.

Working to specific BT requirements, installing all aspects of ironwork that included working on BT’s 21 Ciena, BT wave stream racks and powering them from EF80’s and then the more up to date EF 21’s. Installing ISAM cabs, fibre cabs, fibre trays & power supply and cable solutions including fibre install and audits.

Transmission plan, build and cease and migrations of circuits, working on systems T-Nas, Cramer 4 & 6, and BT eco, Nortel INM, Marconi oms 1664 and 1668, MSP, SDH, EMOS and Clarify, to provide A service for various venders.

Working on Nortel DMS and CSG systems. End to end testing of CVX circuits with BT via DDF frame. Customer Facing (Business) Installing and commissioning IP select, Q931s, ISDN, DPNSS, ASDL and DASS circuits, ATM and 3com routers and protocol converters. Install & configure Cisco routers.
