  • Employed to lead teams ranging from 1-6 engineers in maintenance and fitment of all weapon equipment, as well as crew escape systems and ordnance.
  • Forecasting maintenance schedules to maximise aircraft meeting weekly flying programmes to maintain operations at home and overseas, liaising with other trades and rectification control.
  • Fulfilling line supervisor responsibilities to effectively allow the Sqn to deliver a daily flying programme.
  • Adhering to explosive safety regulations at all times whilst maintaining quick reaction alert readiness and operational aircraft as well as crew escape system tasks.
  • Conducting vital checks on crew escape systems with confidence due to my experience on the Typhoon FGR4 platform.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in austere environments of high heat as well as 70 hour working weeks with minimal implications.
  • Took the lead and oversaw high profile missile load processes, from initial planning to final operational clearance from a weapons perspective for my Sqn.
