· Responsible to ensure that all customer transactions, financials or non-financials are being carried out in branches as per SOPs.
· To identify breaches of SOPs during periodic branch visits and through MIS’s developed.
· Responsible to plan/implement control and compliance culture in branches, keeping in view the internal SOPs/SBP regulations including Quality assurance and security measures to be adopted by the branches.
· To ensure that there is no unauthorized use/sharing of cash/ATM keys, combination code and ID/password.
· To ensure all GLs of branches are reconciled and no irrelevant entry is parked in any GL and GLs which required to be NIL on daily basis are ZEROD.
Ensure that there is no difference in SOA, Income & expenditure reports & follow up made for reconciliation of unadjusted GL till
· Supervision of all operational matter of the branch, credit/ debit entries, KYC.
· Reporting to Head Office/Area office periodically.
· Head Office correspondence.
· Departmental Control.
· Audit/ Compliance over all responsible for all operational issues of the branch.
· To meet all business targets assigned by the BM.
· In charge administration of the branch.
· Responsible for all affairs of the branch.
· Monitoring of cash insurance limits on daily basis.
· Monitoring of all GL of Expenses related to Administration.
· Coordination with H.O. for resolution of any accounts related operational issues.
