Job Responsibilities:

• Installing, assembling and configuring mechatronic and automated systems, including sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and programming.

• Supervise production processes, focusing on the integration of mechatronic and automated systems, ensuring alignment with production targets and quality standards.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical and software related issues/malfunctions that arise during operation and performing repairs as necessary.

• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory.

• Follow maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Helping and guiding other team members facing any issues working on the automated systems to ensure meeting target KPIs.

• Providing training and support to other operators and maintenance staff to ensure they can operate and maintain the automation equipment correctly.

• Implementing safety features and protocols to protect personnel and equipment.

• Ensuring that all Automation systems and automation processes adhere to safety regulations and standards.

• Routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.

• Identifying areas for improvement in the automation systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability.

•Implementing modifications or upgrades to achieve goals.

• Working with engineers, designers, and other technical professionals to develop, integrate, and improve overall performance and efficiency of system.

• General understanding and hands on experience with workshop equipment and environment.

• Operating CNC machines, lathes, pillar drills etc.

• Building conveyor systems or special purpose machinery.

• Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

• Rapid prototyping technologies such as 3D printing.

• Working with stepper motors, servo motors, automatic material handling systems.

• Working with pneumatic systems.

• Soldering of PCB assemblies.

• Use of CAD software such as AutoCAD Solidworks etc.

• Efficient in Crimping, Wiring, Soldering and other electrical components.

• Experience working with small to large sized mechanical bolts (M2- M8 etc).

• Proven experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and deducting the right Bill of Materials ( BOMs).

• Creating documentation for standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.

• Ensuring that all systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Maintaining an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for the maintenance and repair of all the automated systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visiting production plants, mills, and factories to design piping layouts from air compressor room and to point of use

• Determining an appropriate technical solution and decide upon suitable equipment to offer.

• Make appropriate technical and commercial quotations according to client needs.

• Coordinated and managed pre-quotation and pre‐installation surveys and meetings through physical and virtual visits, ensuring team members' thorough understanding of projects.

• Training Internees and newly appointed employees

• Supervising and leading projects that include installation of air compressors and designing and installing compressed air piping structure.

• System Installation to improve Customers' Profitability through reliable, efficient and economical compressed air and gas systems.

• Coordinated and managed pre-quotation and pre‐installation surveys and meetings through physical and virtual visits, ensuring team members' thorough understanding of projects.

• Prepared engineering manufacturing drawings and proposal details for clients, maintaining accuracy to achieve proficient results.

• Physically install complete turnkey air compressed systems to the finalized customers from air compressor rooms till the point of use

• .Provide after sales services like diagnosing and fixing the issues in compressor, piping's and other equipment/instrument.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret system or personal generated RFQs.

• Devise a technical and commercial quotation to meet the bidding requirement.

• Talk with suppliers and vendors to finalize equipments and best pricing.

• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

• Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets according to PPR rules and regulations.

• Oversee the purchase of technical equipment for industrial operations. Prepare value added proposal for the clients

• Supervise internees and trainees in order to ensure smooth working.
