With a strong foundation in exercise programming, nutrition, and client motivation. I am eager to bring energy, professionalism and a client-focused approach to a dynamic fitness team. I am confident working both one-to-one and in group settings and committed to ongoing professional development.
I am currently seeking my first professional position as a Personal Trainer after completing my Level 2 & level 3 qualification. During my course I gained practical experience working with a range of clients through assessments and case studies, developing strong skills in program design, motivation, and safe exercise delivery.
