Working in Credit Risk Solutions as part of the Change and Governance team to make sure the function was following all governance and compliance polices in place by RBS

• Carrying out governance activities for all data transfer going in and out of credit risk solutions making sure we are compliant to government and company standards
• Revamping the current risk process within the function and carrying out 1-2-1 with a variety of stakeholders to get the latest information on all risks within credit risk solutions and discussing them at functional level
• Introducing and implementing Kanban Board for the team using our Jira Page to show team tasks and activities being carried out
• With very limited knowledge of the systems within the function, recreating entire system access of each user within the function to give the correct level of access.

Working as part of the Digital Delivery and Business Partners (DDBP) function as the business management risk, audit and compliance manager

• Taking ownership of the risk process, audit process and overseeing health and safety for DDBP
• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all joiners and leavers coming in and out of the function, making sure they had all the correct hardware as well as the correct level of access to all shared folder access
• Facilitating the weekly Monday stand up in an agile manner to discuss current workload as well as improving and implementing agile work methodologies within the team
• Created and populated the fortnightly balance scorecard report which featured crucial information about the current position of the whole function (KPI's, risks, audits, compliance, budgets and financial information)
• Streamlined the processes of Risk Reporting within DDBP to capture all strategic and program level risks
• Created a digital dashboard which fed into a variety of reporting products with the high-level view of Risks within DDBP
• Lead the transformation of audit process to streamline the process by doing requirements gathering workshops, as is/to be modelling, process mapping, implantation through prototyping and doing retrospective meetings in regard to the efficiency of the new process

• Made sure all outstanding and completed audit recommendations were reported correctly through various reporting documents
