• Tackle a wide range of legal affairs, such as actively promoting alignment with internal compliance programs, contract drafting and negotiation working closely with the business team, and litigation management collaborating with external counsels globally.

Key Responsibilities

• As a member of the Corporate Legal Team, worked on drafting internal compliance programs such as the Competition Law Compliance Program and Anti Bribery Compliance Programs and conducted compliance training programs to actively promote these programs internally.
• As a member of the Legal Team of the Energy Business, worked closely and gave advice to the business team related to Competition Law and Anti Bribery issues in compliance with the internal compliance programs, collaborating with external counsels when necessary.
• Supported business team by drafting and negotiating contracts to facilitate successful project execution in commercial, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
• Assisted managing conflicts and oversee litigation processes,
  collaborating with external counsels globally and internal teams.
  Supported resolution of conflicts and litigation in Japan, US, and Middle East.
