Amended NEC3 Option C ECI + ECC : £23m Utilities Diversion Scheme for Skanska Costain Strabag JV (SCSJV) under the HS2 Scheme

Currently at the final account stage with the client, with the project in a positive gain position.

Skills Enhanced:

• External Stakeholder Management – Lead weekly and monthly Programme, Commercial, Change, and Risk reviews with the client and supply chain, ensuring alignment for project success.
• NEC Change/Claims Management – Assess and manage Compensation Events, produce quotations, and negotiate and substantiate claims (over 100 + CE's priced and agreed with the Client).
• NEC Contract Administration – Administer NEC Options A, B, C, and E contracts across the supply chain, using systems such as Aconex and CEMAR.
• Internal Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with engineers, project managers, planners, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Reporting – Provide cash flow forecasts to the client (EFC/EFV) and monthly CVR reports to the senior leadership team, detailing project position, claims positions and gross margin where applicable.

Amended NEC4 Option A under the Framework Contract ECI + ECC – £6m Waste Water Treatment Works for Severn Trent Water

Currently in the Construction Stage following the ECI Design.

Skills Enhanced:

• Framework Contract Exposure – Administers contracts across Main Works and Framework agreements, advising the site team on strict T&Cs to ensure compliance.
• Programme Management – Supporting the preparation of delay narratives, reviewing Compensation Event impact programmes, and contributing to KPI narrative assessments for consistency and accuracy.
