My role at OnePLM is mainly working with Teamcenter to support technical teams and a diverse range of clients.

• Providing first level contact for Teamcenter Support and convey resolutions to client issues.
• Efficiently escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track route and redirect client challenges to correct resources.
• Develop best practice and documentation for consistency, improvements, and standard methods.
• Work with a mixture of data management issues and the related IT systems.
• Apply configuration control and deployment practices.
• Complete installation and configuration of Teamcenter Solid Edge and Solid Works integration, NX integration, CAD integration

During my time at OnePLM, I have had the opportunity to work with Polestar for 6 months on a exciting project managing E-BOM & M-BOM, ensuring parts are aligned to the correct revisions, ensuring the 3D representation of parts are shown for the user to see the complete model of the vehicle with the latest part versions which are constantly updated, and supporting them on Active Workspace.

• Conducting thorough device diagnosis, identifying and fixing issues efficiently, maintaining client and business satisfaction
• Thoroughly inspecting devices for malware and functional issues, identifying problems and solutions
• Tech Agent - fixing iPhone, iPad and MacBook devices from software malfunctions
