- Developed and planned age-appropriate training sessions (4-6y/o; 7-9y/o; 10-13y/o) in line with values encouraged by management, adapting coaching techniques to suit age groups.

- Embarked on a Work Attachment Programme from 28 November 2018 to 7 December 2018 and learnt more about coaching track & field athletes and how to adapt coaching techniques for various age groups.
