Wade York

I am a hard working, keen individual who prides himself in being a motivated worker whether that be alone or on site in a team. I take great pride in the work i produce and have a strong passion for groundwork. From school I have always been a ground worker. I have 15 years experience and I have worked on all different types of jobs, covering all aspects of the trade. I see myself as a very dedicated person who works great in a team and have an easy going, pleasing personality meaning I am able to work with all different types of people. I am punctual, loyal, committed and will always fulfil the task in hand. I like to challenge myself by being out my comfort zone, improve on existing skills and also eager to learn something new.

In my free time I like to be in the outdoors; fishing, walking mountains or enjoying time and activities with my family. I go to the gym regularly and I am always active in my free time.

I enjoy taking part in charity sports fundraising events. I have completed half marathons, Tough Mudder, 10K Assault challange. Most recently in August 2023 I took part in a charity challenge which involved completing the 3 highest peaks in Britain, in less than 24hrs:

• Ben Nevis
• Snowdonia
• Scaffale pike

Myself and my friends have raised over £30,000 for charitys that important to us.
