I am a Contracts Counsel and AI Governance Counsel at Revolut, where I have been working closely with the Commercial Legal team since 2024. My role focuses on supporting high-impact commercial initiatives while ensuring legal compliance across rapidly evolving regulatory landscapes.

My expertise lies in commercial contracts particularly in the sports and technology sectors along with data privacy, AI usage, and regulatory compliance. I regularly advise on structuring, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and legal frameworks.

A key highlight of my work includes leading the design and implementation of an in-house AI-monitored Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This project integrates AI governance principles into contract workflows, enhancing efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance monitoring across the organization.

Prior to my current role, I worked with Century Infotech (Boomer11) in the UAE, where I supported the company in navigating the regulatory landscape surrounding fantasy gaming. My work involved advising on data privacy compliance, structuring commercial agreements, and ensuring adherence to applicable UAE laws.

I bring a strong blend of legal expertise, regulatory insight, and technology-driven thinking, with a particular interest in the intersection of AI, law, and commercial innovation.
