After having retired briefly in2023, it soon became evident I wanted to devote some of my time to doing something useful. Whilst my role bookkeeping and managing the finances of the restaurant business occupies one day a week of my time, my part-time caretaker role at my local Catholic primary school presented the opportunity to do exactly that.
