By adapting to various experiences in both working and educational environments, I have matured and developed social skills that I believe I apply effectively in different situations, doing so with clear communication. I enjoy working in teams and believe I contribute well by considering the needs of others and being flexible to achieve shared goals. I have faced conflict situations and have managed to resolve them. Having lived in two different cultures, I am aware that I can interact respectfully with individuals from less familiar backgrounds, often finding myself to be empathetic and an active listener as I support the needs and concerns of others.
