Vitor Hugo Do Gado

I would say that I am a very persistent worker, and I am always working to the best of my ability. I don't like to sit around and do nothing, so if I see something that needs doing I will do it without any hesitation. I can also work for hours without resting as I worked for Easigrass, an artificial grass company that does ground preparation and artificial grass installation which was surprisingly challenging, but my team managed to surpass all teams in terms of speed and efficiency. I worked there for 3 years part time as I was studying, and had my dad as my boss as he was In charge of our team. But I managed to surpass what was required of me, this got to the point that I was asked by other teams to help them with their jobs as I knew how to prepare the Ground Level, soil removal with the machines and moving in material.

Overall, I am a very uplifting person that is always looking to help in anyway I can. I love to push myself to the limits and even sometimes to the breaking point. I'm willing to go the extra mile when it comes to hard labour and make sure that I'm both fast and efficient in anything that I am doing. I will also fit in perfectly as I learn new roles really quick and adjust it to make sure that I'm always ahead of what I have to do.
