I build teams, deliver software projects and grow companies. This all starts with a clear goal and vision. Along the way, we'll find continuous improvement, quite a few 1-2-1 meetings, a lot of collaborative teamwork, a great culture and a nice atmosphere. On the other end, there will be results, metrics, software being delivered continuously, happy users and a lot of automation. I'm a software engineer at heart who is passionate about people, efficiency and results.

From software developer to entrepreneur, I've grown my skills in full-cycle software development but also in management, driven by goals and results. My joy at work is connected to seeing people growing and thriving, projects getting delivered and... loads of automation! I believe that growing and maintaining a great culture - a generative culture - is the way to achieving great results, and general satisfaction and management is a key role in that. One of my major accomplishments was starting my own company in 2014 - Kanoah. In 3 years, we created not only our own applications but also a great team, with many users around the world.

When Adaptavist acquired Kanoah in 2017, I then moved from Florianopolis/Brazil to London/UK and carried on with leading and growing the team, which has brought a second wave of great growth to the product. In 2020, this same business was then acquired by SmartBear, when I moved along with the rest of the team, which has grown even more - and so have our userbase! When I'm not managing teams and delivering software, I'm playing tennis, reading a book, playing the guitar or hanging out with my wife in my neighbourhood, sipping some nice coffee from a local shop.
