• Hold-Open Devices: Verifying that any hold-open devices are functioning properly. Checking that locks and latches are working properly is known as lock and latch functionality.

• Using the Ringley app on a smartphone to report on each fire door's condition by following a checklist.
• Establishing business ties with each and every client.
• Keeping thorough and accurate records of the job that has been done.
• Following procedure to guarantee that every inspection is carried out accurately.
• To carry out fire door inspections according to established cycles, verifying that they adhere to applicable requirements and documenting and scheduling any necessary repairs to guarantee compliance.
• Providing exceptional customer service, technical guidance, and ensuring that the fire door inspection program is delivered to the highest standards.
• Maintaining a thorough audit trail of the work done by documenting all inspections, recommendations, and corrective measures.
• Maintained a high level of knowledge in construction codes, ensuring accurate inspections.
• Improved safety standards for all inspected facilities.

• Describing of the defects and writing remedial repairs by accurately.
• Inspections based on variety of building and structure types.
• Responsible of the mileage, Insurance and equipment's.
