Outline of the job:

Leader of different groups for kids 3-16 years old with a self-made program containing fun activities and educational lessons. Collaboration between other group leaders to improve, develop, and create an inclusive environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities:

• Being responsible for children of different age categories
• Communication to find an approach to every child for them to feel safe and comfortable
• Collaborate with children and motivate them to learn through creative activities to increase confidence and skill-building
• Managing time and being organized to complete the program without over-working
• Being able to evaluate children's development and communicate it with their parents
• Being able to take advice and critically evaluate my job for improvements
• Creative approach for art, sport, and other activities to ensure that all kids want to engage
• Ability to solve problems in place or think of an activity fast
• Ensuring the safety of campers during outside activities
