  • Driving a van, being mobile in traveling across various regions including London, East/West Midlands, East England, South East and South West to provide maintenance and fix Parcel Lockers for Amazon and Yeep.
  • Had specific regions to target in a day for maintenance of Paracel lockers. Area assigned specifically in London, a normal day covering the London region would require to plan in advance and leave early as possible to meet set targets in maintenance of 6 to 8 different Paracel Lockers for Amazon and Yeep venturing through different boroughs in London.
  • Maintenance would mean changing locker parts such as sensors, batteries, door locks and door slots to repair and maintain the locker. Part of maintenance had to apply vinyl locker changes based on priority and condition of lockers.
  • Required to Diagnose root cause of parcel locker problems using software provided by parcel locker companies such as Amazon to understand problems and gain access in order to fix specific type of Amazon locker.
  • Had to self-learn how to diagnose parcel locker problems, change and fix parts necessary to get locker slots working for Amazon lockers. With limited training provided due to scale of operation and limited staff availability. Had to use all available resources and adaptability on site to get jobs completed. Such as using tablet to refer to manual scripts and liaise with right team members over the phone to acquire technical guidance to troubleshoot and fix difficult problems encountered while fixing amazon parcel lockers .
  • Part of being mobile technician work was varied based on contracts capital computer care acquired. Cleaning data centers hall and comms rooms was part of varied work working as a team.
  • Required to Clean Data halls and comms rooms to certain standards of expectation to reduce and minimize dust particles entering data cabinets.
  • Working in group of 2 to 4 based on size of data hall to clean and remove dust using various cleaning products such spray, vacuums and buffing machines to polish floors. Meet Client expectations.
  • Cleaning comms rooms as a team we were required to use tile lifters to lift tiles and clean under flooring.

  • Get much stock out into shop floor to maximise on sales. I took responsibility to help the store by volunteering workover time and longer hours well into night shift to fulling gaps.
  • Cover individual’s who weren't turning up, meaning I had work more than 14 hours at certain occasions.
  • During night shift I had to adapt working at higher intensity, become more nimble and flexible for higher volume of workload.
