Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Engineering management across Project scope
• Oversee technical interfaces with any third-party scope, stakeholders, and any third-party land within Project scope.
• Accountable for engineering verification across Project scope
• Deliver engineering execution plans and organisation plans.
• Input to and performance manage Engineering components of Project contracting strategy.
• Accountable for delivery of EAR decisions, pre-FEED scope and any following engineering scopes of work
• Delivery of engineering requirements under relevant standard process and engineering guide
• Responsible for setting up and establishing Project Engineering organisation
• Input to key project strategies such as Contracting, Verification and Interfaces
• Derive engineering budgets covering internal and 3rd EPC engineering subcontracts, including construction.
• Develop and monitor engineering quantities to minimise construction costs.
• Resource Management Plan
• Schedule development, progress and Earned Value Management
• Technical risk assessment strategy at technology and project level
• Support performance management framework.
• Reporting to regional engineering management and senior executives
• Challenged existing processes to initiate meaningful change, securing long-term benefits to productivity.
• Collected project information and disseminated to appropriate stakeholders.
• Oversaw 100+ -strong team of engineering personnel.

• Responsible for execution of product development initiatives for energy systems and digital products
• Performed Product development and deployment include large ME&I equipment covering static and rotating systems.
• Established Digital products include prediction, diagnosis, plant optimisation, and data imaging analysis.
• Delivery of large programs to support business improvement initiatives to improve business operations covering engineering work processes, information management systems and optimisation of project delivery
• Responsible for EPC delivery of capital projects valued at up to £500 million.

• Engineering lead for delivering proposals and projects for refinery, power generation, and industrial use (pulp, paper, and sugar production industries)
