I embarked on and completed the SAVA residential surveying training course whilst running and operating Cheshire Relocation Limited culminating in the sale of the company to Homesmart Limited in February 2018. I continue to provide support to the new owners on a consultancy basis.

Notwithstanding delays in 2019 and 2020 and interruptions due to unexpected medical treatment and Covid-19 restrictions, the intervening period saw me utilise a range of properties managed by Cheshire Relocation Limited and Homesmart Limited to create a portfolio of work to enable me to successfully complete the formal assessment process and to obtain the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation in October 2020.
