Working as freelance photographer from the early 90s to the present.

Firstly in photojournalism and then in hospitality. Weddings, portraits events.

Working independently to fulfill clients photographic needs.

The work dried up around lock down sending me in a new direction. I still take on a few commissions each year and pursue personal photographic projects.

For 2 years whilst also working as a freelance photographer I owned and ran The Green Monkey Cafe, a vegetarian cafe in the small Somerset town of Bruton.

Here I was the chef, waiter and manager! I devised and cooked the menu which changed daily. The restaurant was a small intimate venue which enjoyed some success until a change of personal circumstances led to me closing it.

Worked as head of the creative team in set building in the film industry in Los Angeles in music videos, commercials and films.

Job entailed coordinating with the director and creative agencies/talent to create sets and environments to the directors specifications.

Leading a big team of creatives and working within budgets and high pressure time constraints to fulfill an artistic vision on time and in budget.

Job involved high pressure problem solving and working long and intense hours.

Field sales representative for a photocopier firm.

Developing leads through cold calling and canvassing.

Assessing and satisfying the needs of the customer.

Cultivating long term customer relationships .

Working independently in my given sales area and working as part of a sales team.

Keeping independently motivated and driven to meet monthly sales targets.
