Providing friendly service to a range of clients in a 3 star hotel. The role involved the preparation of coffees and cocktails, along with the serving of standard bar drinks and snacks.

I have been employed by the company for a total of 8 years, across two periods at The Keswick Hotel: first from August 2018 to June 2021. I began my career at The Patterdale Hotel in May 2016, where I worked as an Assistant Waiter until January 2018.

I worked part-time at Wetherspoon to gain firsthand experience with one of the UK’s most prominent pub franchises, gaining valuable insight into the operations and customer service standards of a large-scale pub chain.

At Peaky Blinders, I prepared and crafted both signature cocktails and classic drinks. I was required to learn the specification book and pass the specification test in order to work as a cocktail bartender.

Worked as a barman in a traditional Cumbria pub, delivering prompt service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Managed stock levels and ensured a clean, organized bar area.
