About: Implementation of D365 Finance & Operations ERP in all Rotork Factories present across the globe that were working on different ERPs. This is Europe’s one of largest D365 FO implementations in the Manufacturing sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Led functional analysis and Implementation readiness of D365 SCM & WMS modules across 7+ sites in UK, US & EU, improving system standardization and reducing process deviation by 30%.
• Supported configuration & setups: Master Planning, BOM & Routes, WMS templates, Location directives & Mobile device.
• Conducted training and UAT support for over 4 factory site & 1 Selling entity resulting in a 90-95% test case pass rate and successful sign-off of all business processes pre-go-live.
• Conducted gap analysis between business requirements and D365 functionality; proposed system enhancements and process improvements.
• Resolved production and warehouse-related issues including Super BOM explosions, item shortages, subcontracting issues etc.
• Translated business needs into ADO user stories and test scripts; managed testing cycles and defect resolution.
• Provided post-go-live hypercare and business readiness support.
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.

About: The project was related to migrating the Users from legacy RAMCO & SAP ERP to D365 FO.

Role: Ax Application Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Migrated legacy ERP (RAMCO, SAP) users to D365 F&O.
• Configured and supported Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Acquire-to-Dispose (A2D) processes.
• Created solution documents (FDDs, SDDs), user guides, and UAT scenarios to enable smooth transition.
• Conducted training sessions, prepared test plans, and resolved user queries during UAT.

About: The project was to set up MS D365 Finance & Operations for the client to handle all the business processes of its Meat department.

• Configured D365 FO for supply chain and meat production processes at Coles Supermarkets.
• Involved in end-to-end implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Configured modules: Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and Product Information.
• Specialized in O2C and P2P cycles including warehouse inventory tracking and quality controls.
