Enterprise Data Management is a project of one of the leading banks of UK to develop data solutions for various systems on Big Data on On-Prem as well GCP layers. Below are my responsibilities:

• To lead the team under the Agile framework.
• To help the PO in incubation of the projects during the initial phase.
• To help the team understand the requirements of the projects and get it delivered within an agreed time frame.
• To discuss with stakeholders to sort out the challenges.
• To develop the optimized code and deliver the projects along with the team using Big Data technologies, tools and languages.
• To design the migration solution from on-prem to GCP.

Project Name : Rave| Duration : 1 years, 3 months | Role : Support Analyst | Skills : Java, Informatica, Rave
Rave was the project of leading healthcare organization of Switzerland to help organization to maintain the reports of drug testing of all phases of drug research and production. Below were my responsibilities:

• To fix the code written in Java as per the use case within time bound order.
• To investigate the issues of file transfer happening through Informatica (ETL) tool.
• Fixing the issues of the Rave tool used in Clinical Testing.
• To investigate the issues related to various integration of Rave tools.
  

Project Name : Galaxy | Duration : 4 years, 11 months | Role : Support Analyst | Skills : Java, J2EE, C
Galaxy was a project to fix, enhance and support Internet Banking applications of one of leading Bank of UK. Below were my responsibilities:

• To ensure the live application is up and running.
• To monitor the live application and its performance.
• To support the live changes on applications.
• To report, act and resolve any issue with the live application.
  To coordinate with clients to keep the live services up and running.
• To investigate the critical, high and medium incidents and resolve them in an agreed SLA
• To investigate the critical, high and medium problem records and resolve them in an agreed SLA
• Code analysis and fix any live issues.

I have experience of interacting with clients and supporting the application at Gurugram (offshore) and London (onshore) locations.

Project Name : Sawgrass | Duration : 6 months | Role : Developer | Skills : Java, J2EE

Sawgrass was a CRM project of leading US Bank with goal to develop an application which could facilitate the customer care executives to effectively manage the customer’s profile and account with bank. Below were my responsibilities:

• To fix the code written in Java as per the use case within time bound order
• To fix the UI of the application as per the wireframe within time bound order
