• As an ICT Instructor my Responsibilities are Teaching Coding skills tailored to Various age groups, including: Educational Games for Early Years Pupils, Scratch Programming
• Robotics (Codey Rocky) and Robotic Process Automation, MIT App Inventor, Graphic Design, HTML5 & CSS and Micro Python
• Providing Training in Computer Networking with thin Client Technology.
• Acting as General ICT Support Staff for the Schools where I was deployed
• Delivering Digital Marking Tutorials and Practicals
• Supporting Students and Staff in integrating ICT Solution into their daily Academic and Administrative tasks.
• Enhanced IT proficiency among students by incorporating hands-on activities and real-world examples into lessons.
• Provided personalized instruction to students struggling with specific IT concepts, leading to improved understanding and academic performance.

Performs essential administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of an office, including tasks like answering phones, managing files, and providing general office support.

My Responsibilities as Desk Assistant:

• General Office Support: Answering phones and directing calls.
  Greeting and assisting visitors.
  Sorting, distributing, and managing mail and packages.
  Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  Ordering supplies when needed.
  Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.
• Administrative Tasks: Typing, filing, and maintaining records.
  Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  Managing calendars and reminders.
  Processing invoices and managing expenses. Preparing reports and presentations.
  

• Cleaning Tasks: A cleaner’s primary responsibility is cleaning different areas. This can include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, wiping down surfaces, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and kitchens.
• Handling Cleaning Equipment: Cleaners use a variety of equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and industrial-strength cleaning solutions
• Maintaining Supplies: A cleaner is also responsible for ensuring that cleaning supplies and materials (like soap, paper towels, cleaning agents, etc.) are stocked and available.
• Time Management: Cleaners are often on a tight schedule, especially if they’re cleaning large areas or working after business hours.

• Receiving and Storing Goods: The role begins with receiving shipments, unloading them, and checking them against purchase orders. After verifying items, they need to be stored correctly in the warehouse, often using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, updating inventory records, and ensuring items are in the correct location are key parts of the role
• Order Fulfillment: When orders come in, you may be tasked with picking the correct items from the shelves and packing them efficiently for shipment
