Summary

Motivated Head Teacher with extensive leadership experience in a variety of educational settings, these include schools with high levels of disadvantaged and SEND pupils. Enhances learning outcomes through constructive performance management, instructional coaching and mentoring of ECTS. Leads by example to develop dedicated, motivated teaching teams. Dedicated to supporting inclusive and engaging learning programmes, where high expectations of all is evident and ceilings are not put on pupils learning and attainment.

I have experience and success of working in settings that need rapid improvements. Turning schools around is a passion and providing high quality professional development for all members of the school team is integral to ensuring the pupils reach their full potential. I ensure all staff receive high quality CPD as everyone plays their part in a child’s educational experience.

Over the 24 years that I have been in education I pride myself on developing the skills to ensure that the education I provide either through teaching myself or through training others is always of an outstanding standard and inclusive for all regardless of background, starting point or the journey they are on.

I have worked across Multi Academy Trusts in some of my schools and in my current role have taken on developing the strategic vision for SEND across the Trust, implementing training for those who lead on disadvantaged pupils across the Trust and also providing training on behaviour management through the teaching school alliance we are part of.

I believe I have a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience to bring to the role of Executive Director - Programmes Delivery.
