Through running my own shop I am well versed at selling in a store environment, making till transactions, serving customers and taking phone calls, as well as up-selling products. Through running my own business I am used to problem solving, staff management & training, and overseeing work on a daily basis, ensuring all products are compliment and meet high standards.
I use my own initiative, working well as a team or an individual.
I can also bring with me my knowledge and experience of working in Retail Marketing, including a strategic approach to the customer journey, visual merchandising and customer communications at Point of Sale level.
I can be flexible regarding my hours of work as my business is now downscaling and moving online only therefore so my hours are no longer set in stone and can easily work around another part time job.
