  • Familiarisation: Firm knowledge of SUL building. Sucessfully IDing every door to allow snag pinpointing to a specific locations.
  • Baseline Report - logging all issues and monitoring ongoing building work *weekly inspection with the Facility Manager to ensure work is progressing and there is constant forward movement of improvements in the building.
  • As a startup, I am the clear go to person for everything in the building if there is an issue.
  • Solid team relationships across every department.
  • Pre-empting issues and adding control measures *buying in what is necessary to make sure SUL operational to a high impressive standard even with limited resources.
  • Working with suppliers to make sure Fire & H&S Policies are in place.
  • Managing daily operations of Studio Ulster, including liaising with the Facilities manager, Studio Supervisor (PM), tech onsite team NANT, CEO, CFO, CSO, Harbour Studios Facilities Manager.
  • Developing staff protocol : All visitors are met with the same warm welcome. They sign in and are handed a visitors badge *visitors badge lists basic house rules.
  • Visual daily risk assessment carried out and prior to every tour allowing visitors to be lead around the building in safety. General rule, all groups are guided around the building with two or more SUL employees.
  • Leading and introducing the team to sustainability values. This includes encouraging suppliers to meet or work towards ISO 20400.
  • The Studio Sustainability Standard 2024/25. SUL are now working towards being compliant by December 2024 and ready to start a full clear year in compliance. Albert award for December 2025 is the goal.
  • Working alongside the CoSTAR Lab team and using working knowledge to assist and introduce where needed.

  • Seamlessly welcoming VIPs to the studio and monitoring their needs. Pre-warning the whole team when needed.

Working closely with highly regarded experts in the fields to make sure all the specific needs are covered and met by SUL when we come to set up the different areas. The workshops will allow proactive brainstorming and preempt having to back track or rework the building.
