I joined Unilever in 2011 as PA. During my career at Unilever, I have worked for several EVP's (EVP Global Performance Management, Group Controller and EVP Change Programs and Planning). I am currently a PA to the EVP of Investor Relations and Event Co-Ordinator.


Since joining at Unilever, I have built strong relationships with all different WL's from PAs to EVPs. I have worked closely with ULE PAs assisting with global meetings and events in person and virtually. A fundamental part of my role is looking ahead to ensure everything is catered for


My duties include:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Extensive international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport and visas
  • Running global internal and external meetings both in person and virtually
  • This includes working on agendas, booking rooms and VP rooms and organising catering
  • Daily liaison with internal and external clients across the world via email and telephone and meeting and greeting
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Keeping a log of the teams spending in an excel spreadsheet
  • Telephone and email management, acting as a gatekeeper when necessary
  • Booking restaurants & venues for client hospitality
  • Organisation of meetings, attended by 50+ delegates
  • Organising Monthly and Quarterly Finance meetings
  • Typing of emails, word documents and power-point presentations
  • General adhoc personal support as and when needed
  • Organising IR Conferences
  • Working out how many conferences we should attended each year, which delegate should meet with management, webcasting of presentations, briefing notes and logging meetings and meeting notes in the CRM system
  • Organising the yearly Unilever IR Conference
  • This includes finding a destination, booking hotels, booking transfers, booking dinner venues, finding and booking a dinner speaker, sending invitations, organising internal teams across the world to present to our Investors, looking after our board members, table plans and gifting
  • Checking our shareholder database on a regular basis and arranging meetings with our shareholders.
