  • Key responsibilities within my current role: Employed by Waythrough but supporting partnership working with Ingeus. My role is to work closely with the Criminal Justice, Probation Service and Local Authorities to support people who are on Probation, whose offences are linked to substance/alcohol use. My role is to identify Service Users' needs to support them with their recovery with the hope to achieve positive outcomes. Support is provided by delivering regular interventions on a one-to-one basis and signposting to local external support agencies.

  • Complete administrative tasks promptly, maintaining accurate documentation.
