  • Built a unified, multi-disciplinary high-performance environment for staff members to accelerate their performance supporting athletes on snow.
  • Led GB to its most successful period in history: 300 medals across 12 disciplines and Great Britain’s first ever Winter Olympic gold medal on snow.
  • Led as Performance Director, to build a winning strategy both on and off snow.

Executive Highlights

  • Accelerated a high-performance culture which delivered the highest results in British history, including Great Britain’s first ever Winter Olympic gold medal on snow and over 300 medals across 12 disciplines during my tenure. Raised investment from £5m to £15m over a two-year period.
  • Led multidisciplinary teams spanning coaches, sports scientists, medical personnel, physiotherapists, strength & conditioning specialists and athlete welfare staff, integrating Olympic and Paralympic programmes into a single unified high-performance system.
  • Generated investment of £120m for a FinTech start-up to create a more financially inclusive Britain.
  • Transformed Invictus Games into a globally recognised brand through major stakeholder engagement with senior international political figureheads and Royalty, together with a robust sponsorship, commercial and communications strategy.
  • Commanded a Helicopter Base of 2000 personnel which provided support to Afghanistan. Led multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-performance support to our pilots.
  • Founding Custodian of Rugby Centurions, which celebrates players with 100 International Test Caps.
