Champion Health is a global health and wellbeing tech platform dedicated to empowering employee wellbeing through data, insights, and action.

I joined Champion Health during its start-up phase and continue to support the company's growth now that we are in the scale-up stage. Like many start-ups, my role requires versatility; my job title may be one thing, but I take on a variety of responsibilities.

As an experienced Wellbeing Lead and Customer Success Lead, I support 22 global organisations with workforces ranging from 60 to 15,000 employees. My focus is on promoting healthier workplace lifestyles, boosting morale and productivity, and achieving above-average engagement with our tech platform.

As the company grew so did the gamification element of the platform and app and I was able to clearly demonstrate this to prospective clients and current clients.

  • Worked closely with Champion Health team to ensure churn rates remain below KPIs and successfully secured early renewals with 7-10% increase.
  • I created an E-Learning Leadership Training as part of managers mandatory annual training which covered Mental Health, Sexual Harassment, Woman's Health, Mens Health and ED&I Policies.
