When I found IFS five years ago I really feel like I found my purpose in life, I feel immensely honoured to work with my clients and support them to find Self energy and heal. I became unwell with CFS in my 30s and suffered for 10 years trying to find a way to heal, IFS was a huge part of that journey, it has helped me to understand how impactful trauma and suppression of emotions can have on our health, I am now deeply passionate about supporting others struggling with their health. I worked previously as an Engineering Manager so I have a natural ability to hold systems thinking and how parts interact with each other. I am excited about the chance to expand my knowledge and my skills by taking my training further.
