I am currently a Senior Leader at St-Francis School in Cornwall. I lead the Early Years team and love my job. I have a proven track record in managing the department with passion and dedication.
However, my true expertise lies in crafting engaging curricula. I am now seeking a new opportunity that will allow me to leverage my skills with the flexibility to work remotely. I feel that this would further enable me to create high quality educational resources that would benefit teachers and pupils nationwide.
I have good skills in stakeholder communication, data analysis, and school improvement strategies, with a strong focus on inclusive teaching practices and special education needs.
I am proficient in classroom management, e-learning platforms, and national curriculum standards, ensuring effective student engagement and academic success.
I am also adept at analysing standardised testing data to drive informed decision-making and enhance educational outcomes.
I have always been committed to managing my time in the most efficient way and feel I juggle my many responsibilities effectively. I am resilient working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
I have experience in communicating with various stakeholders and public speaking with parents, colleagues, preschools and outside agencies.
At Secondary School I was awarded the 'Third Age Award' for contributions to the performing arts.
At Truro College whilst studying my FdA Early Childhood Education I was awarded the Principles Commendation for exceptional efforts and achievement during the term of my study.
In 2020 I was promoted to Early Years lead teacher.
This year I have been promoted to the schools senior leadership team.
