Providing planning and project controls services to the Sumitomo Electric UK Business unit on SEALINK(a 2 gigawatt (GW) high voltage direct current (HVDC) cable between Suffolk and Kent. It is approximately 138 kilometres (km) long, and the majority of the cables are out at sea.

Planing and project controls on the South Irish Sea Project is a 600MW offshore wind power project. It is planned in Irish sea, Ireland. Construction is likely to commence in 2026 and is expected to enter commercial operation in 2029.

Achievements

  • Responsible for Development & Management the Early Development Programs within a Joint Venture Project on a 600MW Installation on the Coast of Southern Irish Sea.
  • Development of a Baseline program for approval by the Client and continuous updating progress, including tracking all changes and ensuring all Key Milestones are met, ensuring all Interface Links with other programs are monitored for any slippages etc.
