I have been given the opportunity to work from a Band 2 to a Bnad 5 in this time across 3 teams which has meant i have worked with many other divisions. I thrive under pressure and adapt to challenges and projects being given to me.

  • Supporting hiring managers in all aspects of Oleeo; from creating adverts, to navigating shortlisting, interviews and pre employment checks.
  • Held weekly Oleeo drop in sessions to support staff to use Oleeo
  • Offered Creative writing workshops to hiring managers to support with advert writing
  • Attend divisional RAP for CSS, CFS and executive panels to ensure process is followed and actioned efficiently.
  • Ensured all adverts were proof read and amended as necessary before publication to ensure within our own policy and legislation.
  • Maintained medical recruitment.
  • Attended consultant AAC panels as an HR rep once I had set them up. Sent in Job descriptions to the royal colleges for approval.

  • Synergy HCSW Recruitment, offering a streamlined, end-to-end recruitment service for substantive Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) roles within the Trust supports hiring managers every step of the way. So far we have recruited 34 HCSW who are still in post.

  • Lead the pastoral team of 3 to support international nurses on their journey into the UK.
  • Worked together to land over 150 nurses across both legacy trusts and partnering trusts- AWP, SPFT & Hampshire county council.
  • Managed 34 properties with 50 bed spaces.
  • Held monthly meeting with candidates to keep them engaged and answer any queries they may have had.
  • Support with landing days, arranging flights, transport, shopping, orientation and assisting on training days from a pastoral support element
  • Liaising with external companies such as landlords, letting agents & housing hub to support nurses to move into own accommodation. Also held regular meeting with agencies sourcing staff on behalf of SHFT. I held an honorary contract to be able to support across both trusts.
