Currently working as part of the HOOF team responsible as part of the team for all incoming prescriptions, manning the two incoming email inboxes, all HOOF related queries in the CSEHOOF folder and incoming calls on both the the prescriber line and patient holiday request line.

I worked within a team of three on the prescriptions validation team.

If they were to be approved these were distributed to team members, if rejected I was responsible for contacting the prescriber accordingly.

In 2011 and 2012 I undertook the optional activity of travelling to Wolverhampton to train the new Air Liquide staff following the transfer of the South East contract to Dolby Vivisol and Air Liquide's new base being in the Midlands. I travelled here over the course of 4 months for weekly stays and assisted in the training of all new Air Liquide staff.

I am very good at working under pressure and can prioritise work tasks in a fast based, busy and stressful environment, feeling I can manage multiple tasks at once if required
I pay great attention to detail and ensure each prescription I receive is thoroughly quality checked and update the system with important notes and escalate when necessary
I have a great telephone manner and feel my time in employment has helped me gain confidence, sometimes being able to spot common mistakes made in advance to help make the clinician's tasks a little easier
