· Maintain a robust impact and evaluation framework and ensure that the learning from this is incorporated into continued planning and reports
· Provide regular reports on activity for the Board of Trustees, undertake quarterly budget re-forecasts and provide any other reporting requirements as needed for funders.
· Contribute to the strategic development of the company as a member of the management team.

·develop a training and engagement programme for regular freelance staff to ensure quality and consistency of delivery across all areas and retention of talent.
· Promote the company's learning and development activities with schools, Multi Academy Trusts, Local Authority's, dance schools, universities, dance networks and agencies throughout the country.
· Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop funding proposals for potential supporters and to provide excellent and timely stewardship for existing supporters.
· Work with the Marketing & Comms Manager to ensure that appropriate print, web and social content is created.
· Ensure there is a consistency in our brand and messaging across all audiences, acting as a brand ambassador.
· Act as a spokesperson and advocate as required, including securing speaking opportunities at conferences and representing the company at local, regional and national network meetings.
· Work with the Operations Manager to ensure proper records are maintained.
· Act as safeguarding lead for the organisation.
