-Design bespoke merchandise and marketing materials using Photoshop and Affinity, providing same-day turnaround for many services that would typically take up to two weeks.

-Successfully completed training in health & safety, advanced photo editing, photo ID/passport applications, photography studio work, and merchandise creation (Levels 1 & 2).

-Recognised for quickly mastering all training modules and entrusted with running multiple store locations independently.
