Working voluntary with Saint Joseph Hospice / East London in my community , once a week to provide support to people who have life limiting illness and are experiencing loneliness or social isolation by visiting them regularly, offering them friendship, emotional support , a listening ear and helping them do the things they like doing. Just helping people to stay connected with family as well as the the community and friends.
