- System can track renewal/refresh/exit workstream progress including tracking pending items
- System can track KYC and EDD refresh due date, aging, timeliness
- It also tracks all the approval process
- It has a module to generate documents in SharePoint for review
- EDD Analyst will select the case disposition to close
- TL and subsequent approvers can return the case to the EDD specialist if a disposition change is recommended following secondary review
- System allows re-opening or re-activating a case on an ad-hoc basis.
