  • End-to-End Data Pipeline for automation of Support Tickets Classification with User Feedback using AWS
  • Most of the time, a ticket is not directly assigned to the correct team that is responsible for resolving it, and it keeps rolling from team to team, expiring its SLA before it reaches the relevant team. Sometimes issues are critical and require immediate resolution, affecting productivity. In order to automate the tickets NLP and machine learning. According to the keywords in the data, the ticket is allocated to a particular team and to a specific person in the related team. Different classification algorithms were used in order to pick the best model for the data. The deployment was done on AWS and configured AWS Lambda function for the prediction.
  • Train Delay Prediction
  • Developed a POC for the prediction of train delays between Norwich to London Liverpool street using different ML algorithms using the past 3 years' train data provided by UEA.
  • Deployed the POC using Streamlit and displayed the results using Plotly where the plot visualises the deviation between planned arrival time and predicted arrival time.
  • Phishing email detection using NLP and Machine Learning
  • Using different NLP and data cleaning techniques transformed the data and using different supervised ML models and performed hyperparameter tuning for obtaining best parameters for the models.
  • Classification of phishing and non-phishing emails using unsupervised pre-trained ML models like BERT and validated its performance.
