• Demtruk Roll-off Platform Cart Redesign, Industrial Project- Created a prototype model of a Cart and demonstrated its working. Redesign the manual braking system to electronic braking system as well as electronic height adjustments. Final Presentation- Presented a detailed report to the supervisor and the client.
• Design and Manufactured of a Formula 3 Race car, Design and analysis: Responsible for designing the rack and pinion mechanism for the car. This included selecting the appropriate rack and pinion ratio, as well as designing the tie rods and drag link. Collaboration: Collaborated with the suspension and chassis teams to ensure proper integration of the rack and pinion mechanism with the rest of the vehicle. Project planning: Coordinated with the braking and chassis subsystem team members for the approval of the design system. Testing: Performed the proper ratio for steering wheel and the tire for the test along with that a safety lock and health and safety systems. Final Presentation: Created a budget report, Bill of materials and design report and presented it to the judges for evaluation.
• Design of a pesticide sprayer system for an agricultural Land Intervention Rover System, Designed and implemented precision control systems for complex automated processes. Defined intricate engineering problems and derived specific requirements for optimal solutions. Developed control systems for accurate pesticide dispensing, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software engineers) to achieve project goals.
