• Pioneered and implemented a "White-Labelled" Solution Architecture using a micro-frontend approach.
• Orchestrated the successful, on-time delivery of critical front-end initiatives, including new brand rollouts and platform modifications.
• Significantly enhanced the resiliency and observability of critical front-end channels, particularly the Bankline Mobile App. My work involved deploying proactive error monitoring (e.g., Sentry, Dynatrace), performance profiling tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Vitals), and comprehensive logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack hosted on AWS EC2/ECS), alongside introducing circuit breakers and retry mechanisms to mitigate downstream failures. Monitoring is integrated with AWS CloudWatch and alerts managed via GitLab's operational dashboards.
• Developed and executed the overarching mobile development strategy for native applications (iOS and Android). This included establishing best practices for native UI/UX design, performance optimization, and robust mobile security protocols, ensuring a top-tier native banking experience.
• Reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for front-end operations by leading the design and implementation of a Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architecture. This innovation allowed for dynamic UI updates and feature deployments without requiring frequent and costly mobile app store releases
• Spearheaded the strategic decomposition of monolithic front-end codebases into a scalable micro-frontends architecture. This transformation drastically improved development velocity, team autonomy, and application maintainability, allowing for independent deployments.
• Transformed organizational structure by establishing cross-functional 'Feature Teams' from traditional capability-based teams. This shift fostered end-to-end ownership and accountability for specific product features, dramatically improving collaboration and delivery efficiency within an Agile framework .
• Implemented robust Agile development processes, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies, across front-end teams. This strategic pivot, reduced overall go-live times from an average of one year to less than two months, significantly increasing market responsiveness and customer value delivery.
• Led the critical migration initiative to transition customers from traditional card reader authentication to a modern mobile-based authentication service. This involved integrating the DAON framework for biometric and strong customer authentication within our mobile applications, providing a seamless Single Point Access experience. My role encompassed overseeing the entire implementation, ensuring a smooth user journey and managing front end, backend teams to secure API integrations and data flows.
• Currently, I'm defining the strategic expansion of the Bankline Mobile App, extending its capabilities from large corporate clients to onboard and support Business Banking customers. This involves re-evaluating architecture, redesigning user flows for smaller businesses, and integrating new banking services.

OKR for the Journey:

• User should be able to complete the Onboarding Journey in 2 Steps.
• Bring down the time taken for a 'New to Bank' customer from 7 Days to less than an hour.
• Increase the conversion of the users from the Digital Channels by 40%.

• Using the NFC Reader of the Mobile Phones to read the chip from Passport.
• Implementing the new Micro Services in Google Cloud Platform from On Premise server.
