Since September 2023 I have been working as a property manager/letting agent.

I have experience working with programs like: Goodlord, Inventory hive, 10 ninety CRM system, DPS deposit ad Reposit.

In my portfolio are over 100 properties including HMO, Residential, Services accommodation houses and flats.

DHL company in Sainsbury's distribution centre in position Warehouse operative/administration.

My typical day was:

-I provide accurate stock reports to the warehouse manager to allow for timely reordering.

-Assisting team members with picking, packing, and processing tasks to increase overall warehouse efficiency.

From 2016 to 2018, I worked as a Property Manager/Letting agent, From 2018 to 2019, I worked as a sales person.

Throughout all these years, I gained plenty of knowledge and confidence in managing and selling property.

My typical day was:

• Arranged and conducted property inspections, preparing a report of findings for the landlord.
• I communicated with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors to offer exceptional service in managing rental properties.
• Issued termination of tenancies and all other formal notices, liaising with solicitors for more complex issues.
• Arranged property repairs, obtaining quotes from contractors for maintenance issues.
• Presented purchase offers to sellers for consideration with recommendations for next steps.
• Promoted property sales through adverts, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
• Communicated with owners regarding home and loan status.
