- Led both Response and Neighbourhood Policing Teams ensuring prompt and effective response to reports of crime/concern, targeting, arresting and prosecuting offenders, ensuring gathering, retaining and recording of all relevant information, in line with the CPIA 1996 and PACE 1984.

- Delivered enhanced domestic abuse risk assessment training to all front-line officers in GMP, enabling them to more accurately and respond to dynamic risk and take immediate action to safeguard victims.
- Attended multi-agency Serious Case, Domestic Homicide and Safeguarding Adult Reviews to identify and address learning, often requiring detailed reports to be prepared promptly with very tight timescales. My attention to detail and prompt reports drew praise from senior officers.
