  • Anti-Caste Discrimination Activism: Founded the first-ever Ambedkar Society at the University of London to combat Casteism and spread awareness about Caste in university campuses.
  • Served as the First President of the SOAS Ambedkar Society, which functioned under the SOAS Student Union.
  • Team Management: Managed a team of seven core members with over 30+ society members.
  • Caste Policy Drafting and Lobbying: Drafted Caste policy along the lines of Brown University to be implemented in SOAS to acknowledge Caste-based discrimination in foreign university campuses and push for Caste-based scholarships for Dalit students.

  • Curriculum Development & Teacher Training: Developed and co-implemented a teacher training module at GHS Immadihalli School, focusing on teaching best practices and assessment strategies. Led weekly workshops and peer reviews, improving academic standards across the school.
  • Liaison for Migration & Livelihood Initiatives: Collaborated with Central Square Foundation to support migrant students and families. Advocated for job-back initiatives during COVID-19, facilitating access to NGO-backed employment programs and enhancing community-school engagement.
  • Policy Report and Impact Evaluation: Compiled and submitted quarterly progress and impact evaluation reports to the TFI City Director for all TFI initiatives within the Immadihalli chapter.
