• Assisting visitors in sorting waste
• Cleaning the working area

• Coordination of all terminal departments for timely and high-quality implementation of 24-hour terminal work plans.
• Distribution of workers, cranes, equipment according to plan. Control of shift supervisors and contractors. Organization of continuous work in warehouses and loading/unloading operations at berths.
• Planning and ordering of railway cars, organization and control of loading/unloading of railway cars, interaction with the railway station.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations at the terminal. Detection of safety violations, investigation of incidents and accidents, prevention of labor safety violations and accidents.
• Maintaining reporting of shift performance and KPIs of workers and operators. Interaction with clients and terminal visitors

Organisation of loading operations for grain cargo, preparation of loading and cargo plans, mooring work, time sheets, coordination with port authorities.

Control of the quality and cleanliness of cargo when loading onto a ship, sampling of cargo, drawing up reports, and ship downtime.

Organise loading and unloading based on the cargo plan, considering transshipment. Coordinate loading processes to avoid downtime.

Manage dockers, machine operators, and warehouse workers. Ensure technological process, resource use, and quality. Monitor compliance with export, import, coastal, and local cargo regulations.

Handle cargo types: containers, rolled metal, bulk ore, coal, grain, and oversized cargo.

Manage mooring operations and the mooring crew.

Operate industrial heavy machinery on rails, including ship loading machines, conveyor stackers, and scraper reclaimers. Perform maintenance and repairs on these machines. Load cargo onto ships. Load and unload cargo in warehouses. Utilise both manual and automatic modes of operation.

Unloading railway cars, servicing station equipment, and working with a railway tug.
