  • Delivering to customers on a daily basis wherever our route was put to and assigned delivery stops to complete, I ensure before I set off from the depot I do my regular vehicle inspections that are needed, every shift I used to go the load-out and scan my cage that is assigned to my route and load the van in a way I understand and can work around with, always ahead of my schedule, getting used to the areas and customers and environment around me, greeting customers with a smile on my face and making sure they are happy with their parcel, making sure the customers are satisfied with my delivery service, there also has been times a few months into my job where I started doing ride-alongs which is where I train new starters and teach them the way to deliver, how to follow delivery expectations, making sure the parcel (the customers belongings) are kept safe and handled with care, teaching them how to drive a van as some new starters I have shown, have never driven a van before, big or small work provided to me has never been a issue and always used to be at the top of the weekly scorecard every week bringing my managers and employee's a smile to their face, most of the time I used to be finished a lot earlier than everyone else so if anyone used to be struggling with their route, the company called it sweeping, where I go take stops off certain individuals struggling and help them finish their route and not get behind.
